Annual Member Recognition Program

Criteria

  • Nominee must have a paid NAfIM membership for the current calendar year as an individual, parish, diocesan department, or organization. A nominee may also be an employee or volunteer of a NAfIM member parish, diocesan department or organization, or family member of NAfIM member. A member may nominate him/herself.
  • Two (2) written nomination statements by NAfIM members and/or others for each nomination of a
    • NAfIM Member,
    • family member of a NAfIM member,
    • NAfIM member parish, diocesan department or organization or
    • volunteer/employee/member of a NAfIM Member Organization
  • Include address of nominee and address of nominator
  • Describe any work or writing of the Member within the Mission or Purposes of NAfIM accomplished by the person or organization
  • Submit picture of a person or activity that is the subject of the nomination: action photos preferred (optional)
  • Parents and caregivers can be nominated for work with/for a family member or client/s
