This begins a running entry introducing and leading up to the presentation of NAfIM's 40th Anniversary Conference: "Winds of Change - Spirit of Inclusion" to be presented September 4th, 5th and 6th, 2008 at Sawmill Creek Resort and Conference Center in Huron Ohio.

It has been 4 years since the last NAfIM Conference took place.  When the time came to consider having a 40th Anniversary Conference, the obvious questions were asked: "Who will do it; Where will it be; and What will be the theme?".

With the knowledge that this was a huge undertaking, the NAfIM members in the Diocese of Toledo timidly spoke up: "If the NAfIM members from the Diocese of Cleveland will partner with us and share the workload, we will be happy to be responsible for it".  The Cleveland people agreed to this arrangement, and that solved the question of "Who" would do it.  Quickly a committee was formed with members from both Diocese to begin the process of planning
